Works We Support
There are so many amazing works that are going on in the Lord's church today. When we look to scripture we see that the work of the church is three things: Edification (Eph. 4:11-16)
Benevolence (1Cor. 16:1-2, Gal. 6:10),
Evangelism 1Cor. 11:8-9).
Here at the Kennewick church of Christ the elders have established what works we are involved in for the community and abroad in order to further the kingdom. At this time these are the only works we financially support but lord willing will be able to help more in the future.

My name is Austin McCrickard of Bolivar, Missouri. My wife, Kenadie McCrickard, and I are pleased to announce we have been accepted to Bear Valley Bible Institute in Denver. We are excited to further our education by growing in God’s word and train for ministry. The Fall 2018 semester is set to begin in August and we are soo excited that you decide to support us.
I was born in Springfield, Missouri, on October 11, 1989, to Ray and Jodie McCrickard. Both of my parents grew up in Pleasant Hope, Missouri, and settled in Bolivar where I attended school from kindergarten to graduation. While growing up, I played soccer, basketball, and baseball and was active in the choir. My wife, Kenadie McCrickard, was born in Springfield, Missouri, as Kenadie Thomas on July 26, 1996, to Bob and Monica Thomas.
They both grew up in the Bolivar area, and it has also been home to Kenadie her entire life. Attending school in Fair Play, Missouri, Kenadie ran cross country and was an active FFA member.
My hobbies include cycling, gaming, and spending time with family and friends. Kenadie's hobbies include reading, taking road trips, and watching her favorite TV shows. I am currently working as a food service manager at a hospital, and Kenadie works at a local bank while wrapping up her collegiate education with a focus on accounting. We have two dogs named Shae and Benji.
My wife and I both grew up in the church where both sets of parents have been faithful members. We currently attend worship services at the Bolivar church of Christ on 401 S. Killingsworth Avenue. Kenadie was baptized and added to the church on October 11, 2009. I was initially baptized on April 1, 2001. Upon further studying and personal reflection surrounding my baptism, I decided to be baptized on November 6, 2017. I have been teaching the teenage class for a year now and work within the Lord’s church as a song leader, waiting on the Lord’s table, and leading prayer. Kenadie has been active in the church teaching classes from nursery through the second grade for approximately four years.
Mountain States Children's Home extends Christian services to wounded children in an effort to meet their physical needs, heal their emotional hurts, challenge their minds and teach them moral principles, in order to reach the goals of reuniting them with their families or preparing for independence. This is accomplished utilizing a family model of care, strengthened by professional counselors and teachers.
